Working with Eastward

A clear guide to your project, our process and what you can expect from working together.

Welcome

Good work starts with a good partnership.

Eastward’s goal is to deliver digital work that creates real value — not simply something that looks good. Successful projects are built on collaboration, clear communication and trust. You should know what stage the work is at, what happens next and what each side needs to keep things moving.

What we need from you

Accurate business information, brand assets and content, relevant access, clear consolidated feedback, timely approvals and a primary authorised contact.

What you can expect

Professional advice, transparent scope and pricing, high-quality workmanship, respect for your information, clear communication and agreed launch support.

Project journey

A clear path from idea to launch.

Discovery

We learn how the business works, what matters most and what success should look like.

Proposal

You receive a clear recommendation, scope, timeline and investment.

Onboarding

We gather content, access, brand assets and the context needed to start properly.

Design & build

We shape the experience, develop the solution and keep you informed as it comes together.

Review

You review the work, share consolidated feedback and we refine the agreed direction.

Launch & support

Final checks, approval and payment requirements are completed before launch or handover, followed by agreed aftercare.

Communication & scope

No guesswork. No disappearing acts.

Eastward communicates in plain English, raises issues early and keeps important decisions in writing. Reasonable refinements within the agreed direction are welcomed. New pages, major features, integrations or a material change in direction may be additional work; the cost and timing impact will be discussed before that work begins.

Payment structure, ownership, warranty, hosting and ongoing care are governed by the accepted proposal, Service Agreement and applicable Terms & Conditions rather than this friendly guide.
